okay, so after a SUPER stressful weekend i’m finally going to get started on Kick-A month. I don’t have the money to get Jillian Michaels’ #30 day shred, this week so i’m gonna do #charliejames1975 workouts instead. They burn major cals and are super intense!! Well, probably do two of her workouts and maybe do some weights too..I’ll decide later.

I hope everyone is doing very good today:) I started a loseit.com account today..totally recommend it, it’s an easy way to keep track of all your calories and to see how much questionable food is. Also calculates your burn!
